2008 Mother Seton Gifted

Mrs. Lynn Fuller, St. Gerard School

On June 6, 2008, Mrs. Lynn Fuller (above center) received the 2008 Mother Seton Gifted Educator Award. The plaque and a check for $2,000 were presented by Danielle Casavant (above left), GLCEF President, and Mike Noeker (above right), GLCEF Board Chair. The presentation was made at the end of school year Mass. It was an emotional day for the entire St. Gerard School community as this was also Mrs. Fuller's last official day as principal. We thank her for many years of dedication to the students and families at St. Gerard and wish her great happiness in her retirement.

The Mother Seton Gifted Educator Award is made annually by the Greater Lansing Catholic Education Foundation to a teacher, religious educator or administrator who exemplifies Mother Elizabeth Ann Seton's philosophy of teaching and cultivating the whole child - mind, heart and spirit. Applications for 2009 will be available on this website by late January 2009.
