2008 Mother Seton Gifted Educator Nominations
The Greater Lansing Catholic Education Foundation (GLCEF) is seeking nominees for the 2008 Mother Seton Gifted Educator Award. The Gifted Educator Award is named in honor of Mother Elizabeth Ann Seton, the first American to be made a saint, and the founder of the first Catholic School system in the United States. Mother Seton’s philosophy of education was to cultivate the mind, the heart, and the body of each student. The deadline for materials to reach the GLCEF office is March 28, 2008.

Looking for a Few Great Board Members
If you are interested in building a legacy for Catholic education, GLCEF is looking for board members with skills in the following area- marketing, public relations, fundraising, development, sales, and community outreach. Board members will be expected to recruit donors, contribute to the endowment, and guide the mission of the Foundation. Eleventh Lansing Squares

The Eleventh Annual Lansing Squares took place on Saturday, February 23, 2008. Thank you to all of our sponsors, celebrities, attendees and volunteers for a successful event.
